1. Should have experience in CRM Web UI, One Order Framework in Sales and Marketing.
2. At least one Implementation project experience and CRM Support experience.
3. Good knowledge of ITIL Processes
4. SAP CRM sales/service implementation in CRM 7.0 Ehp4
5. Object oriented ABAP with experience in AET,EEWB, CRM BAPI/RFC, CRM BAdI/User exits
5. MVC architecture & SAP CRM data model.
