Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 8+ years of experience on IBM Sterling Integrator implementation and very good knowledge on EAI tools and B2B integration products
- Knowledge on EDI and business domains such as Retail, Automobile etc.
- Experience handling core implementation activities like creating business requirement document, Business flow setups, Trading partner setups, test cases, Communication setups
- Knowledge of creating/configuring communication setup on IBM Sterling integrator (hosted environment) for protocols – FTP, SFTP, SMTP, AS2, OFTP2
- Proven ability to conduct client discovery workshops
- Experience in handling end to end implementations for B2B clients
- Proven ability in handling large projects and working with diverse teams
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience : 1 year of Project Management experience
Who You Are.
As a Lead Implementer, you will…
- Apply your in-depth B2B /EDI expertise and domain knowledge to lead end to end Implementations and Protocol Migration projects across regions.
- Be responsible for conducting customer discovery workshop to gather requirements, direct client interactions and creating business requirement document, catering to custom requirements, configurations, connectivity setups and end to end testing until the production cut over.
What You Will Do
- Requirements gathering, solution design and BRD creation/reviews
- Handle special requirements from customer
- Review of each and every deliverable of implementation, ensure timelines are met and quality is up to the mark
- Deliver/lead multiple projects from initiation to closure.
- Track incoming and outgoing work on a daily basis and intimate the PM/Customer appropriate turnaround time for each task.
- Front ending client communication
- Single point of contact for project issues /escalations
- Mentoring and guiding junior resources
