Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 8 to 12 years hands on experience in Technical Writer role
  • Ability to study and understand technical products and services PoC and talk with product designers and developers
  • Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions
  • Organize and write supporting documents for products and services
  • Use photographs/snapshots, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding
  • Develop an appropriate medium to translate technical documents via online videos and other interactive material
  • Standardize content across platforms and media
  • Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers
  • Revise documents as new issues arise
  • Ability to apply web skills (ie. HTML and graphic design)
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
  • Technical writers may conduct research on their topics through personal observation, library and Internet research, and discussions with technical specialists.
  • Increasingly, technical information is being delivered online, and technical writers are using the interactive technologies of the Web to blend text, graphics, multidimensional images, sound, and video.
 Who you are:
Technical  Lead  in the ECM on Cloud organization in support of managed services. This role is to be able to lead operations team in Incident Management, Change Window Operation, own Root Cause Analysis where needed. The role will also be taking technical leadership in handling critical situations. You will work directly with the technical team and customers representatives.

What you’ll do:

You will work in a 24 x 7 project team environment supporting external clients. Provide support of IBM CMOD/FileNet/ICM/Datacap by performing administrative functions. Key Responsibilities include.


  • Resolution of Incidents/Critical situation
  • Execution of Service Requests and Change Requests
  • Creation of RCA where needed
  • Interacting directly with customer reps, Management on various issues
  • Providing technical guidance to the the team in resolving issues
  • Taking decision on right course of action as per process and SLA
  • Lead the initiatives to improve the process based on lesson's learnt
  • Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations
